Fred Thompson and Jean Bertrand Aristide

The HAITIAN REFUGEE PROTECTION ACT OF 1991 was created to provide protection for all that assisted in overthrowing the President of Haiti in 1991, Jean-Bertrand Aristide.

Note:

(2)(A) provided financial or other material support for, or directly assisted, the military coup of September 30, 1991, which overthrew the democratically-elected Haitian Government of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide

Aristide was exiled to Venezuela during a military coup for election fraud.

Yet, Aristide contracted then lobbyst, Fred Dalton Thompson, to have his Presidency restored.

After Aristide contracted Fred Dalton Thompson in October of 1991, Aristide went on to serve as President of Haiti from 1993-1994, 1994-1996, and 2001-2004.

All this while, the United States Agency for International Development pumped millions of dollars into Haiti to undue Aristide's Presidency.

Questions that need to be answered.  What did Fred Dalton Thompson due to help Aristide regain power of Haiti and why?  How did Aristide know to contact Mr. Thompson?

Mr. Thompson is running for President of the United States of America.  He sold himself out to a Communist Dictator and countered U.S. Policy by aiding Aristide.  Will he be for sale as President too?
