Gov. Jon S. Corzine signs a trade and cultural agreement with the Chinese province of Shandong

On Tuesday, April 1st, Corzine signed a trade and cultural agreement with the Chinese province of Shandong.  The  trade agreement is to foster trade, education, science, technology, tourism and culture exchanges with Shandong Province, China.

I guess Corzine was very impressed with the an International Education Summit he went to in October 2004 that focused on the national movement for an Asia Society and the National Commission on Asia in the Schools.  Corzine was even recognized as the 'new governor ' at this summit when they drafted a five-year strategic plan for him (page 7).   Hope the award money from Goldman Sachs Foundation and Asia Society is worth the sell out for a country that helped arm our enemies to keep us off balance.
