What happened to Dr. Orly Taitz's Blog? What happened to Dr. Orly Taitz's websites.
No, the FBI did not shut it down.
No, Obama did not shut it down.
No, her web host did not shut it down.
Grab a cup of coffee and pull up a chair.
Let's go back to Dr. Orly's first blogsite and start there.
I was an assistant web moderator on drorly.blogspot.com
The site is still there. You can go see it.
The last message displaying on the posted blog is saying the site was sabotaged and redirects you to DefendOurFreedoms.US.
Allow me to give you background on that.
That drorly.blogspot.com did have some nefarious functions. But those functions were authorized by Orly. I assumed it was because she didn't understand the internet. There was a 3rd party program added to drorly.blogspot.com. This program was collecting everyones information and transfering it to an unknown server. Anyone that visited the site. Anyone that posted at the site. The data was being collected. Why? I don't know. Did Orly know? Yes she did. She authorized the head webmaster for that blog to install it on 12/24/08.

Note: top of this graphic shows, circled in red, the server (which is now defunct) the data collected was being transferred to, An account on myopenid by the name of jthompson. In the account manage screen, I circled the account name, drorly.blogspot.com
The data transfer took place via a jave script program plus a put command that enabled FTP transfer. I have more screen shots on this. But my point is, the java program is what caused trouble with people using the site. The browsers and people fire walls don't allow data collection that easily. So people had trouble on the site.
Now, for the updates on what happened here at DefendOurFreedoms.us
April 2, Orly reports to the FBI, Supreme Court and various officials that her sites, blogs and PayPal are being hacked and sabotaged.

I just gave a brief explanation on the last blog. That was not hacked. That was authorized by Orly.
These sites, defendourfreedoms.us and defendourfreedoms.org, were never hacked. Why does it matter? Because they are my sites on my accounts. I supported Orly and have always been involved with politics, campaigns and causes. So when I saw the antics with the java script program on the other blog, and it was never clear on how much she realized was going on, I took her over here to my accounts. Defendourfreedoms, all of the domains, are on my web accounts. So, when you are a guest in someone's establishment (my sites) and you start claiming injury (hacking/sabotage), that affects the owner, me.
DefendOurFreedoms, none of the sites, were ever hacked or sabotaged. Unable to get to a site due to network latency does not equal hacking. Traffic, congestion, line repairs affect network flow and all can always be checked on the Internet Traffic Report: http://www.internettrafficreport.com/
Reporting cyber crimes on web sites, servers and accounts affects the account owner, me. I have other customers and privacy policies in place with these clients. If reports of my servers and accounts being compromised occurred, I need to notify them of possible compromise of their data. But my accounts have not been hacked.
When Orly refused to clear up this report, I told her she had to move her sites.
So we proceeded to do this.

So, as you can see, I not only carried Defend Our Freedoms on my accounts, at my own cost; but I was giving Orly the domains.
Now in order to release a domain to be transferred, it has to be UNLOCKED. The defendourfreedoms.us site is NOT a website. It is a blog. Specifically, an account on Quickblogcast. So the domain, defendourfreedoms.us does not point to a website. It points to an account. A database label. So, if I just released this site for transfer, everything on this site would be deleted. So I mirrored the data onto defendourfreedoms.net for safe keeping, AGAIN at my own costs and released the domain for transfer.
Now, I have emails, phone calls, blog sites doing interviews on how I threatened Orly, I shut her down, yes folks, I'm the new Obama.
Here is a tip to make note of from the NetWorld. If you want to trash you webmaster. You may want to acquire your domains first. Because now, I am immediately canceling the transfer of DefendOurFreedoms.US. I am cancelling it to point it to this blog post. You have made it so I have to Defend MySelf.
Oh, and for anyone wondering about the PayPal scandal. Just ask Orly, where is the PayPal report.

Moreover, there were comments posted supposedly under my name, even though I was locked out of the account and couldn’t respond. I got reports that some defamatory comments were made under alias usually used by Lisa Liberi, assistant for Attorney Phillip Berg, who filed similar legal actions. I started receiving statements and copies of pay –pal receipts, showing instead of my e-mail address, an e-mail address of Lisa Ostella. Originally, I thought that maybe her address showed on the receipt, since she was a web master on the account, however, when I checked the names and dates on the receipts against the names on the roster, that I downloaded

I don't think that anyone that visits this blog has ever been informed that the blog was being transfered to another host site(I know never recieved any notice) If my post caused you and other's concern's my appolgies. But where is there any hook up for the web master and or Orly to ask a simple question as regards the other day when attempting to visit the blog and there wasn't as much as a by your leave informing us letting know what was happening about the transfere?

Obviuosly she does not have internet 101 as her primary concern during this time. Offering a hosting for free and then finding controversy over content or performance should have been forseen and discussed openly such that a positive change could be implemented. Orly has issues much further than internet/ software problems with this blog and there is no link between the two. Keeping a cool head here is important and when people get ants in their pants because they don't understand something it isn't malice that brings out their speculation it is lack of information.

Thanks Judas Peckerwood...we are gathering all over the nation and they are AFRAID here is the adversaries warriors as we call them the devils playmates...some of the ACORN CRACKS called the police on us when we gathered to discuss our plans for one of the larger Tea Parties in the area...in a coffee shop that was in the library, YES THE PUBLIC LIBRARY...Now don't we pay taxes? Don't they have security? Well I have seen them before, but you have to call the police..the old intimidation routine...because someone told the administration office we were having a protest in the coffee shop...now that is brilliant...DAH! How truly stupid can you be? Do they not understand Ordinances? Do they not read the fliers that they had to look at? Did they not listen to the radio and read the paper of our date/time/location? That must be the village idiot of the week? Of course you could not call security but the police, no questions asked what we were doing there, having coffee and dessert bringing business into the establishment...Well it really back fired, as we had over 1,000 emails going out in less than 2 hours and news went out so fast that the next thing you know Roger Hedgecock was putting the news on National Radio about what happen...and our Tea Party has had TV coverage, radio coverage, newspaper coverage and spots on live radio at least times 5 in a short few days.
Now the ONLY place that did not say thank you, for the 130 fliers I passed personally was Meg's Daily Grind, Yes the coffee shop ...everyone was thanking me and handshaking for our efforts, I got NO ONE APPOSING OUR ACTION...and we were blessed with prayer for efforts and damage control was definitely that of National Radio Coverage...

Filing a false criminal report with the FBI is a federal offense. Why on earth should Lisa risk her own freedom by going along with Orly's lies and getting herself arrested on a conspiracy/aiding-abetting charge? Besides committing the crime, Orly has also committed another violation of her oath as an attorney and violated the rules of professional conduct... again. Orly should have kept this between the two of them. She keeps claiming that she was deleted from the dockets; however, there other things that were gone that day also. She starts accusing but there are other lawyers that went to the phones to find out what was going on and found out there was a glitch when working on SC site, they were told it would be back up by the next day and it was. It was not a personal attack on her.
She has a lot of compassion and is getting the word out but she needs to get focused on one thing..him out of office and verify info before putting it out.

Actually, the behavior of the computer geek who has made this all quite public is suspicious. Unprofessional, at the very least. Which site owner and/or businessmen will be the next to have the details of their own private business contracts revealed in public? This guy or gal is obviously not worried about his/her reputation or business income.
On top of other issues and players involved, it may be time to put on your tinfoil hats, here. There's a rat in this maze. I can smell him...

It sounds like several things are going on behind the scenes that most of the folks here could care less about.
From my past visits here, it would seem that most of the "workers" here are volunteers. Your transparent hosting and efforts are appreciated by all!
It is my humble opinion that, as Eric stated, Dr. Orly may not fully understand the internal workings of the internet and she relies on others. That's OK...
With that said, she has a FULL PLATE of much bigger issues. Protecting our Constitution being first and foremost.
I implore you to work out your differences and continue to allow her the use of your domains without animosity or public displays of disagreement. Her lack of understanding or focus on other issues does not warrant the type of exchange that I see here.
As far as the use of a javascript to track visitors (on the old blog), it is no big deal. Almost every web page on the net has/can have this ability. They would not be collecting much more than a machine name, IP address, referring address etc. No biggie...
Please, for the sake of continuity, please assist the new webmaster etc to bring this site back to its original state.
As I stated, this issue is MUCH BIGGER than all of us and thousands visit here daily to keep track of Dr. Orly and her teams progress in fighting the Usurper and his ilk.

Yes it is a biggie... when it's being sold to some unknown site, who could use the info to break into your computers, steal your identity, plant the confiker worm, etc. A reputable person does not give or SELL the information of her web visitors to an unknown person. period. Do you know all of what your husband or wife does for a living, do you sit at their desk and watch over their shoulder to know the details? I have had a friend ask me on computer issues when her husband OWNED a company, IDIOT!
Does Dr. Taitz's husband know how to put on a dental crown, or fill a cavity? Does her husband know how to file a brief/a summary/an affidavit? Just because someone marries and consummates a marriage does not mean they get the other's DNA, or they download information, not so easy...busy people in other occupations called the business world.

Thank you for the update. I spent a couple of hours on Good Friday looking for new information. I cannot tell you how important this struggle to save our freedom and country really is. I believe we need your expertise and help. I am no expert on internet sites but I follow a few to keep abreast of new events and developments. Good work always has the power of "evil" to destroy the process and goal of the work.
Just look around to see how hard it is to get the truth on TV or in the newspapers. Right now the Internet is our road to freedom of important information in the fight to save us from enemies within! I like so many thought the site had been hacked as everything I clicked on came up GoDaddy. Since I know so little I believed the Orly site was torpedoed. I'm glad to know it wasn't. But what is very unprofessional is the webmaster who posted a pretty self incriminating post about himself. Dr. Taitz took the mismanagement at face value and suspected tampering, I would also seeing the things that went on with her site. I am a Master Level Engineer and I have to tell you problems with websites and Pay Pal accounts happen ALL the time when in the hand of incompetent and lazy webmasters. I'm sad to hear of the disagreement you had with Orly over maintenance of her blog. I thank you for your assistance in allowing her to voice her opinion and by doing so, upholding everyone's 1st Amendment rights.
I am not making excuses for Dr. Taitz or her misunderstandings of how the internet works; suffice to say, that when I say her blog was down, to my way of thinking, it was entirely within the realm of possibility that her site and paypal accounts HAD been hacked by Obots. This supposition is based on the behavior of the most extreme Obama supporters during the primaries and general election. It is a sad indictment on the hyperpartisanship of the Left.
No one has, to my knowledge, discredited or maligned you. Like the majority of people out there, I had no idea what was going on.
That being said, you made the decision to step away from acting as web host and agreed to transfer control of the domain name.
I understand you are upset, but do the honorable thing and follow up with what you agreed to do......facilitate the transfer of the domain name to the new webhost.
IMO, failing to do so will do more to damage your repution long-term than any alleged "smears" you claim to have received when the website was down. You have posted the history of the transaction online for all to see...fine...and now you have also revealed to everyone on the web that you are not a person of your word and are completely lacking in integrity.

Like Lisa, I was an early strong supporter of Orly. It is troubling to me that Orly authorized my data to be collected by JThompson on her Dr.Orly Blog.
Equally troubling were the letters, Court Filings and Postings on her Blogs in which she petitioned for the indictment of all the Justices of the US Supreme Court and all members of Congress.
Orly's Petitions for indictments were troubling because they were indiscriminant. Orly called for indictment of Conservative Justices and members of Congress. Why would Orly want to indict people who are on our side, the side of our Country and our Constitution?
Why would Orly want to indict Justices and Congressmen who fought for our Constitution on Battlefields and in Courtrooms?
Orly's calls for the indictment of good conservative people make no sense?
In February, I began to suspect that Orly had unwittingly become a tool of misinformation for Obama. Now that I learn that Orly allowed someone unknown to me to collect my data, I think my early suspicions may have been correct.

Correct, according to the ARDC as well as in accordance with my firsthand experience over too many years. In contrast to Orly, I DO have the actual registration form on which her copy of the ARDC's internet listing of the vital stats of IL attys is partly based. And not only are no questions about former names ever asked, but there is also no signature even required. Nor does a "field" exist for persons whose legal names have not changed since admission.
Moreover, no such information is sought upon application for admission to the bar either, for the reason(s) stated above. "Additionally," as Orly would say, had Obama "put none" in response to that mythical question concerning former names, his answer would of course have been entirely accurate.
While it would have taken Orly less than FIVE MINUTES to discover the foregoing facts, she'd first need to distinguish between the extremely intrusive as well as lengthy admission process and the very brief yearly registration at issue here. She'd also need to be seeking the truth instead of merely dirt, whether or not ANY factual or legal merit is involved.

There is no way for a child born in the US to lose natural born US citizenship. Any person born in the United States, and not the child of diplomats, is a US citizen and will remain a US citizen unless that person renounces citizenship as an adult while in a foreign country at age 18.
You cannot kidnap a child from the US and "make him a foreigner", nor can you marry away your child's US citizenship.

Try reading the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, Nimrod. All persons born in the US, if they are not under some sort of diplomatic exemption, are citizens of the US - at birth - by birth - natural born US citizens - period, end of story, and REGARDLESS of what the law of some other country says. It is only US law and the US Constitution that determines whether anyone is born a US citizen, and that cannot be changed or revoked unless and until that person is 18 years old. End of story.

SOMEBODY hijacked the code for the Donate to PayPal button IF people were being taken to a different account than where they were suppose to go to. Nobody could have done that except someone that had Admin Access(webmaster maybe) to the website and ability to edit that particular area of the page.
From what I saw regarding this other person and a javascript program running.......it had to do with the COMMENTS area of the website and it "looks" like he was screening that from another website. So I don't see how that person would have been able to affect the PayPal code.
The only reason anyone would have problems with the website and javascript running would be if they had their browsers set to block it. Java and Javascript are 2 different languages by the way.
I have Windows Firewall, McAfee Virus Scan and Firewall, AND I am on a home network with it's own built in firewall AND I run Windows Defender in the background looking for spyware and adware and I NEVER had a problem with Dr Orly's website.
Just because you "say" you are a "webmaster" doesn't mean you actually know what you are doing these days. It's just a title if you ask me.

Allow me to give you background on that.
That drorly.blogspot.com did have some nefarious functions. But those functions were authorized by Orly. I assumed it was because she didn't understand the internet. There was a 3rd party program added to drorly.blogspot.com. This program was collecting everyones information and transfering it to an unknown server. Anyone that visited the site. Anyone that posted at the site. The data was being collected. Why? I don't know. Did Orly know? Yes she did. She authorized the head webmaster for that blog to install it on 12/24/08.

I agree, thought I doubt Taitz will be indicted for it in federal court.
As a former Army Officer, and combat vet (Afghanistan '04-'05), I think it's disgraceful how Taitz has enticed active duty personnel into possible violations of Article 88 of the UCMJ. Taitz put her clients in direct legal jeopardy. I suspect a more realistic course of action is that Taitz will eventually be sanctioned by the California Bar for her actions.
That being said, I think what 1LT Easterling did is disgraceful. Officers are not supposed to attache their rank to political causes and actions. We all know the rules when we accept a commission. I don't want to hear a lot of B.S. about how it was his "duty to question the validity of the orders of an usurper". It's absurd and such an ancillary arguement that it wouldn't even be introduced to a court martial. If Easterling is sanctioned by the Army, the issue at hand will be his contemptuous language against the office of the President, regardless of who is in the office. That might not make sense to the "truthers", but the UCMJ is a far different beast.

The basic theory that Natural Born Citizenship stems from both parents AND being born in the country comes from Vattel, a Swiss theorist who wrote in about 1750. But this is a rare view. John Jay, for example wrote to Washington advising that the commander in chief of the new country should be a Natural Born Citizen. Yes—but Jay did not say that “natural born citizen” must have two parents who are citizens and be born in the country. Jay wrote major sections of the Federalist Papers, but there is nothing in the Federalist Papers explaining whether Natural Born Citizen means the Vattel definition or the British common law definition.
Virtually all legal experts disagree with Vattel and hold that the term “Natural Born Citizen,” which appears in Article II of the Constitution, is the US synonym for Natural Born Subject under British Common Law. In this, they agree with Blackstone, the British legal scholar, who wrote at about 1770 that a Natural Born Subject under British common law is merely someone who is born in the British realm, with the exception of the children of foreign diplomats.
There has even been a US Supreme Case, the case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), in which the Supreme Court said that a Natural Born Citizen is the same thing as a Natural Born Subject.

Jindal, of course, would be even less of a citizen under Vattel’s concept because neither of his parents were citizens at the time of his birth. His mother was about three months pregnant when they came to the USA.
There are a couple of other arguments against “the two parents plus born in the USA theory” besides the common law.
The first of these is the strict construction approach. If the framers of the Constitution had wanted us to understand that “Natural Born Citizen” should mean either two US parents or two US parents and be born in the USA, surely they would have said so. By not saying so, they certainly knew that people could think that they meant the common law definition of Natural Born Citizen as the equivalent of “Natural Born Subject.” So, for them to not clarify, must have meant that the Common Law definition was just fine.
A second point is with the logic of the parents being citizens at the time of birth. Under this theory if one of my parents gets naturalized one day after I was born, I’m not eligible. If both are naturalized a minute before I am born, I am eligible. This may be useful as an arbitrary breakdown of who should and should not be president, but what is the REAL sense behind it? Does the fact that someone was naturalized before really make a difference to someone’s loyalty? What evidence is there that the framers though this, instead of the more commonly used rule of birth in the country, used by the Common Law?
And finally, does the allegiance of the parent really affect the loyalty of a child at all? If my father was a Baptist, does this mean that I have to stay a Baptist all my life? No, of course not. We all know that the allegiance of the father (or the mother)at the moment of birth does not really affect the allegiance of children when they become adults. There is no evidence that the framers of the Constitution thought any differently.

It is Orly's BAD KARMA that she is experiencing right now.
I know for a fact that Lisa was very loyal and supportive of Orly until Orly turned on her like she has done to all those who have worked the hardest for her.
I have spoken to several of the most prominent Eligibility Lawyers and none of them will work with Orly.

Equally troubling were the letters, Court Filings and Postings on her Blogs in which she petitioned for the indictment of all the Justices of the US Supreme Court and all members of Congress.
Orly's Petitions for indictments were troubling because they were indiscriminant. Orly called for indictment of Conservative Justices and members of Congress. Why would Orly want to indict people who are on our side, the side of our Country and our Constitution?
Why would Orly want to indict Justices and Congressmen who fought for our Constitution on Battlefields and in Courtrooms?
Orly's calls for the indictment of good conservative people make no sense?
In February, I began to suspect that Orly had unwittingly become a tool of misinformation for Obama. Now that I learn that Orly allowed someone unknown to me to collect my data, I think my early suspicions may have been correct.

It's typically the Russian websites that collect data and buy/sell identities. Orly has her ties with them and will do anything for more money. Every time I went to her site, my virus software would catch a "high risk data miner." She sold people out in more ways than one, on many levels. Just like posting Lt Easterly's private emails with no care of the consequences to him with the military. She uses everyone and backstabs them when she's done. You all might want to check your credit reports for unusual activity.
Lisa was obviously an innocent victim who did what she had to do to protect her internet hosting business when Orly's lies and fraud became apparent. Would YOU want to be involved with someone lying to the FBI? What Orly's doing, making a false report to the FBI, is a federal crime. Would YOU go along with that and lie for her, or tell her she had to leave your business? Lisa did the right thing, the ethical thing, the honest thing. Now Orly's bots have posted her phone number and are harrassing her. I'm betting there are dozens of REAL lawyers who will help Lisa if Orly attacks her further.

How sad. All of this trashing for a site that was once civil and informative. Obviously, Orly has stepped on one too man toes and is probably too close to blowing the lid off of Obama's so-called presidency. Otherwise, the Obama-lovers would have left this site alone. I think we can now see what will happen with the right-sided view websites and blogs if Obama receives his requested "emergency access" ability to shut down the internet or monitor as he desires. I hope that this public display of "internet harassment" of Orly and her site only fuels the fire underneath all of our butts to take up the cause with our fellow Americans. I do not know about internet commerce and laws, but I daresay that the "webmaster" has set herself up to be sued for defamation and maybe more. All because one woman is pursuing a cause that she has every right to pursue. This is a great example of what the left has done to this country, all the while claiming to be the party of "civil freedoms." I will also ask of the webmaster why she has disallowed all of the links to the documents that were on the site. I don't think we got an explanation. She has no use for them, other than to make sure we are kept from viewing them for some unknown reason.

This week I filed a 30-page complaint with the State Bar of California. Several other lawyers worked on it with me. We documented almost a dozen Rules of Professional Conduct that Orly Taitz has violated.
A lawyer should never be involved with these wholly unlawful Fake Citizen's Grand Juries, and she seems to think she's some sort of National Prosecutor, leading the Fake Grand Juries in several states, although she got her law degree online from an unaccredited law school and would never qualify to work at even a second-class law firm.
Take the Georgia Citizen's Grand Jury, when they let her do the "presentation" and led them to indict Obama ... did they understand that she isn't licensed to practice in Georgia? And that it's a felony in Georgia to engage in the unauthorized practice of law?
They had a lot of fun, but she cooked herself, and that's all documented.
I worked for one of the top 100 law firms in the country, and though I'm now retired, I've seen her prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she's the worst lawyer in America.
There aren't even 12 Birther lawyers, out of 1.2 million lawyers in this country, who are milking the suckers for PayPal donations based on nothing but hatred and bullshit evidence. Less than one tenth of one percent, same as there are less than one tenth of one percent of the voters who think Obama is ineligible. But now the State Bar has all the evidence it needs to disbar Orly Taitz, the worst Birther lawyer of them all.
And I sent a copy of my State Bar complaint to Lisa O., with full permission to make any use of it she wants.
Orly's going to be disbarred, and hopefully going to jail. Advocating rebellion by the military is a federal felony, you know.
I'm enjoying every minute of watching you Birthers insist you're going to win in the end. None of you have the slightest clue. Yeah, he's going to be declared ineligible and hauled away in handcuffs.

I've communicated with several of the most prominent Eligibility Lawyers and none of them want to be associated with Orly on her bogus "cases."
It is disgraceful the way she exposed her Military "plaintiffs" to Court Martial for a case she couldn't even get filed with SCOTUS. Get real Orlybots, SCOTUS will NEVER hear a case brought by Orly after she accused all the Justices of committing "Misprison of Felony!"

Equally troubling were the letters, Court Filings and Postings on her Blogs in which she petitioned for the indictment of all the Justices of the US Supreme Court and all members of Congress.
Orly's Petitions for indictments were troubling because they were indiscriminant. Orly called for indictment of Conservative Justices and members of Congress. Why would Orly want to indict people who are on our side, the side of our Country and our Constitution?
Why would Orly want to indict Justices and Congressmen who fought for our Constitution on Battlefields and in Courtrooms?
Orly's calls for the indictment of good conservative people make no sense?
In February, I began to suspect that Orly had unwittingly become a tool of misinformation for Obama. Now that I learn that Orly allowed someone unknown to me to collect my data, I think my early suspicions may have been correct.

I just finished listening to the press conference w/ ADM Gortney about the rescue of Captain Phillips. At the time it happened the USS Bainbridge was towing the lifeboat to calmer waters as the sea state was deteriorating. One of the pirates was on board the Bainbridge as the talks about obtaining Phillip's release continued. The lifeboat was approx. 25 m behind the Bainbridge when snipers on the fantail observed one of the pirates in the pilot house of the lifeboat pointing an AK-47 at the back of a tied up Phillips and the other two pirates on board were visible (at least shoulders and heads). The standing authority gave them clearance to engage the pirates if the life of the captain was in imminent danger. The on scene commander deemed this to be true and gave the order to fire. All three bad guys were taken out and then a rigid inflatable boat went to the lifeboat to retrieve Phillips. It is unknown at this point whether the shooters were SEALs or Marine Scout Snipers as both would have been available.
This was not a rescue attempt ordered by National Command Authority i.e. the President. It was a reaction by the on scene commander under standard authority to safeguard the life of a hostage.
The AP is reporting that President Obama gave the order to use military force to rescue the hostage, that is misleading.
They want so desperately for the community organizer to become a real hero.

This is a nightmare. I had hacking into my paypal account. (see dossier #5 in attachment), the e-mail address on my paypal account was changed, so I would not be able to get donations. It was reported by a number of donors and I have filed a complaint with the FBI. My blog was set up by a volunteer Lisa Ostella. She is the web master and she has the codes for the blog. She demanded that I take back my complaint to FBI, claiming that the change of e-mail address was done by a volunteer by name Fran, that she banned Fran from the site, that it took care of the problem and I need to take back my complaint of hacking with FBI, as it gives her, as a web master a bad name. I refused to do so, stating that it is a legitimate complaint, I want them to investigate. At that time she stated that I will need to get my blog of her server, if I don't take back the FBI complaint.
I found somebody else to host the blog, however according to volunteers she never forwarded the release and the codes to the platform company Go Daddy, she locked me out of my own foundation site and refuses to give me the access codes. She has posted a defamatory statement, claiming that I authorized hacking into my own account and that I made bogus claims. This is totally ridiculous in light of the fact that I have statements from the donors and I lost donations. The FBI agent in charge of this investigation is Nathan Le, Orange county, CA, FBI, cyber crimes unit, phone 714-245-5328; 310-710-3459.

Think twice before you give legal opinion without a license and threaten someone with it. The only one under a duty of privilege as to her client's identity and case information is Orly. Wow. When people can hide in anonymity, all sense of self-restraint and boundaries goes out the window.
No matter what, attorneys Taitz, Berg, Donforio, Pidgeon, etc should be commended for following their beliefs and raising legitimate concerns and issues.
Thanks to these people, many more people are aware of significant issues regarding candidacy for the office of President. Before this, how many of us knew that so much of the process was based on simply "trust" without the requisite, "verify"?
There is a legislator in FL that has introduced legislation to tighten up the requirements before any prospective candidate can be listed on the ballot. I think that this is a good development.
Secondly, Obama's petulant silence speaks volumes about his insecurities and lack of character. As many have pointed out, he could quell this rising wave of disharmony simply by releasing ALL of his documents.....but he refuses. That makes many people ask, "What is he hiding?". How fragile an ego he has demonstrated he has, and that is not a character trait worthy of someone who seeks the WH.
Likewise, I am deeply disappointed and disillusioned by Obama's refusal to be forthright and honest with the American people. He speaks of "transparency" but refuses to divulge his personal history. He speaks about "change" and appoints prominent lobbyists and tax cheats to his Administration. And on and on.
There are many, many, many people that would like the judicial system to allow the case to move forward, since the underpinnings of all the complaints revolve around a simple question regarding the meaning of the term "Natural Born".
I was not born in the US but my husband has deep roots in this country and is on active duty in our military. We have a daughter who was born in the US to (at the time of her birth) to a legal permanent resident (Green Card)mother and US citizen father on US soil.
When I took US history and civics classes at college, I was told that my daughter would not be eligible to stand for office of POTUS because I was not a native born citizen, but she would be eligible to be a representative of Congress, etc.
I believe this to be true, based on the concept of "divided loyalties", esp. in the historical context of the turmoil and upheaval at the time of the founding of the nation.
I fail to understand why people refuse to accept that this is a legitimate point of law to raise and a legitimate question to be asked and adjudicated....the SCOTUS got involved in the 2000 election because it was a matter of "national urgency"...so is this.

Okay guys, found out this entire post is done by a hacker who has taken over the sight. Dr. Taitz has nothing to do with it. It has been found that the JPEG images posted were not communications performed by the Dr. at all. This was suspected back when a line of communication appeared approximately a month ago that mirrors the communication you see posted. Dr. Taitz's website was hacked, along with her PayPal account. He did show his real birth certificate. He didn't have to, but he did. He didn't "seal his records" they were already sealed by federal privacy laws, just like yours and mine.
How it all started: Andy Martin accused him of being a Muslim. Andy Martin lied and said Obama's middle name was Mohammed. So the Obama team sent to Hawaii for a copy of his birth certificate, and posted it on their website to show his given name was Barack H Obama II. So then the thwarted haters had to come up with a new accusation, and started the lie that the BC wasn't real. Several news sources checked it and found it was authentic. The Hawaii director of records said it was just like hers. The Hawaii head of vital records said they hold the original, and in a follow up email to a newspaper reporter she said Obama was born in Hawaii. Local newspapers even had his birth listed in the vital statistics column, provided directly by the state office, not the parents. Then the haters came up with the lie that anyone could get a Hawaii birth certificate, but they were misquoting a 1982 law, long after Obama's birth. And even under that law, a late registration of a foreign birth shows the true place of birth, not Hawaii if it didn't happen there. Then they lied that Obama was adopted by his stepfather and lost his citizenship, but they have zero evidence to back the lie. Then they claimed he had a Paki visa because he went to Pakistan when travel wasn't allowed there, but that was proven false, too, with proof Americans could travel to Pakistan at that time. So then they tried rewriting the Constitution in their own peabrained minds, claiming one must be born on US soil to 2 citizen parents in order to be a natural born citizen, when in fact, anyone born on US soil is a natural born citizen regardless of his parents' citizenship, except for diplomats. In fact several US presidents were born to non-citizen parents, and there are many cases to back it up. Visit obamaconspiracy to read them. Oh, and, the selective service record Orly touts.. was not produced by Obama, but by some birther who posted it on her blog. If it's fake, it's because she faked it. He had nothing to do with it.

Plains radio isn't national radio. It's internet radio which doesn't have to answer to the FCC on truth and honesty. There is zero proof a real agent spoke on there. Real agents don't do that. It would cost them their job.
But for the record, the FBI does not "vet" the candidate, the parties and public do that. The FBI runs top security background checks on them. You really think all top secret files and the codes to nuclear war weapons are handed over to a person without him going through the same security clearance others with access have to go through? Even Feinstein had to go through a higher level security background check when she got appointed head of the intel committee. All Senate and Representative staff go through them too.
Google back and you'll find press before the 2000 election where it came out George W. lied on his background check form about his drug use and the FBI uncovered it. Background check, not vet. If Obama had lied about anything on his form, it would have been announced, too. Pelosi saw all the background check info and certified Obama as the candidate. Fienstien and her whole staff as head of rules committee has seen all Obama's info. Every staffer in the Hawaii Health Dept has looked at Obama's BC. Ever staffer in admin at Harvard and Occidental has peeked at his records. You really so deluded as to think no one anywhere in FBI, Congress, Schools or Hawaii would speak up if they saw a lie? Not one Repub or hater in all those offices? You're deluded. If there was anything to tell, it would have leaked or been announced outright. Feinstein didn't answer your letters because nutcase letters are ignored.

A public person (vs a private person) cannot sue someone for libel or slander.
Orly has chosen to become a public person and has expressed herself in print, video and audio to millions of people.
She lost her ability to sue when she decided to avail herself to the greater public.
Orly however is in great danger of being sued for a wide variety of crimes and by a large body of people.
She will have great difficulty defending herself or finding a lawyer.
