I'm completely confused about who is who now. Are we commenting on a site controlled by Orly Taitz, or is this some sort of "fan site" that's gone bad because of domain/reputation disputes?
Just exactly WHAT is her OFFICIAL site? And who is sending me the email notifications claiming Dr. Taitz is in the wrong concerning the domains?
I'm disappointed in how this is being slung around to all of us. Shouldn't this be an internal matter that is dealt with quietly?

It seems to me Orly's true site has been highjacked. Notice her pictures are missing and the important links are gone. Also the writing is not hers - there appears to be a big difference in the level of education. We have to find out how to help her.

Orly calls herself a Constitutional law expert, but besides the obvious fact that Orly doesn't understand it at all, Orly's never had a case before, other than defending herself against malpractice, and Orly lost every single case. Orly is not even legally competent, let alone an expert. Orly's just a liar. On Alan Keyes website he stated Orly approached him to be her plaintiff, not eh other way around. Her terrible grammar and spelling shows her lack of formal education and supports the theory her dental degree is fake, and of course her unaccredited online law school required no prerequisites or LSAT. Before you cry "but Orly's speaking in a foreign language" remember Orly's been in the USA since before 1987, and to receive any college degree Orly would need a basic proficiency in writing, grammar and spelling.
4. There is no record of her in the list of California Registered voters. A person not registered to vote is trying to usurp the choice of the voters.

This is Robert 78, I better let you know that I am DEAF !. Hope you know what is DEAF meanings !. In whole my life time I was associated with hearing people at the most !. I have seen that many hearing people like you do !. They told me they have hard time to understand my languages .Yes that is true, of course. Remember that now, I went to the DEAF SCHOOL at Berkeley, Cailf 1944- 1952 and graduated. Teachers at Deaf School don't teach us hearing languages ! and maybe others have hearing languages from Deaf school !. That is why few weeks ago I wrote to DEFENDOURFREEDOMS editors and readers ,I explained them of my deaf languages and hope you all will accepted and understand me. My birth certificate doesn't have the hospital in which I was born or the attending physician or any of that information above. Yet I was able to use it to acquire a US Passport. Seems the DOS deemed it adequate proof of my citizenship.

You seem to be under the delusion that a hospital "souvenir" certificate is a suitable document for official purposes. It isn't. Try applying for a passport with one. They'll tell you that you need to provide a COLB just like the one Obama made public.

After every Eligibility Lawyer in the Nation refused to work with Orly, she begged me to assist her in editing her "legal briefs, petitions, dossiers etc."
This "ceize" letter is consistent with Orly's "legal writings."
In other words, Orly could not write a paragraph with correct spelling and grammar to save her life.
Furthermore, it is simply impossible that Orly actually took the California Bar Exam herself and passed it. I doubt that Orly even filled out the application to take the Bar Exam for herself because had she done so for herself then her application would surely have been rejected.

Yes Sharkgirl, I agree. This whole business should be investigated internally BY the FBI, as Orly has tried to do, but Ostella is trying to hurt the whole cause. Orly made a request as you know for a FBI investigation pertaining to her internet troubles, as she has asked Eric Holder to investigate Obama, and her evidence. LOL!! It costs not ONE cent, let alone legal action, to keep such documents protected from public disclosure. State laws require such protection for everyone's personal records. ALL Obama need do to maintain the status quo, the continued privacy of his records, is to refrain from signing a form giving his explicit written permission for such release. That inaction again costs nothing, not one penny.
So, it does not even matter that his lawyers work pro-bono, as volunteers, for the few lawsuits naming Obama as a defendant or respondent. Even that work would cost little, since only motions to dismiss have been needed thus far. But to keep his private records private, nada. If anyone tried to "force" disclosure w/o a court order, and there has been none, it would be taxpayer supported state attorneys who would "keep his birth certificate secret."
The one that he has NOT already released, of course. That you and not the state & federal govt or the overwhelming majority of the US population choose to consider it legally or factually insufficient is a personal issue or problem, NOT a Constitutional crisis.

I think the accuser of Ms. Taitz might have something to fear from the FBI, possibly? The written request for the FBI to investigate Orly's troubles seems to have had a HUGE impact on the accusser. I have received emails lately regarding this issue. If you go to the link, Agent 88 has built this comment from the website itself. When you do not own the Website or Domain name and you make accusations, that request the FBI and others to look into something and it brings issues of integrity to the domain owner itself the domain owner in this case is also the webmaster, then when this happens and you have to defend yourself regarding it, you have every right to do so. If under the previous webmaster things where not legit then the current webmaster has the right to point anything out, including any misuse of donated funds.
Any infractions charged to a webmaster or domain owner also can consist of wire fraud and that is a federal offense. If Orly is claiming her sight was hacked and the owner, webmaster says it was not then yes she has every right to defend what she believes to be true.
Orly causes many questions to arise due to her actions as of late and in her previous past. Any domain name that is not owned by anyone at that site cannot be compelled to carry any content for it, even if they volunteered the space. Orly does not own the domain names in question. If she did that would be another issue. Here at Obamacrimes.com and Obamacrimes.us the Domains belong to Mr. Berg and because so he can also control what is allowed on the site.
Any moneys collected on a PayPal account has to be accounted for when asked for as a donation to a specific cause meaning non profit in this case. A non profit group must by law have a board of directors to approve all decisions or oversite regarding anything they spend money on. All such accounts like this have to be reported to FEC, IRS, As far as I can tell Orly does not have a Board of Directors listed for this foundation.

My brother is a lawyer and cannot spell. Spelling is not really a sign of intelligence. It is a sign of spelling skills, and not much more. I worked at the top international research center, and corrected many spelling errors of people far smarter than me. Spelling skills seem to reflect how and by whom people were taught during grade school. Not much more than that. How do you know how much Obama has paid his attorneys? Have you seen his biil, or is this information you gleaned from sites like this? I have it on good authority that Obama, like all other lawyers simply has lawyers on retainer, who deal with all legal matters like this one, and that he hasn't paid them one dime beyond retainer fees. That these lawsuits are so frivolous that judges throwing them out are making the Plaintiffs(that's clowns like you) pay any and all additional fees to Obama's lawyers.

Laser Printers are much better for mass printing. The thing I like most about laser printers is that you don't get that damp feeling on the paper after you print something as you do with inkjets. Lasers are also much better in the fact that you are not constantly replacing the cartridges.
Laser printer printouts are sharper and crisper than inkjet printers. If you handle printouts from an inkjet printer right after they come out, they may smudge, not so with a laser printer.
Lower cost per page. Sharper, crisper type. Less noisy (usually). Faster output. I've never had a laser printer clog and need cleaning the way ink ones do. Toner does not expire with age the way ink does.
