In regards to these wild statements about money being stolen from Orly Taitz's hacked PayPal Account, again, it was not hacked. No money was stolen.
No one is disputing the email address was changed in the DefendOurFreedoms sidebar. I saw it. People that tried to donate saw it. Their donations came back because no such email address: orly.taitz@gmail.org exists. Money sent to dead emails come back. Hence NOT stolen.
The moderators to DefendOurFreedoms that had access to that side bar configuration was me, Fred Smart, Fran and Orly Taitz. One of us changed it. That is a nefarious activity, yes; but it is still not hacking.

Since I can't pull up a PayPal screen that shows my profile within the activity statement for a screenshot, I will allow my PayPal account to be examined by one of these Net media people covering this.
This event with the email address changing happened back in early March. That is when she made the post above announcing it occurred. As you can see from my PayPal activity, I tested the scripting to the PayPal account on March 9th. So not only did I not take her money. I paid to ensure it was fixed.
Now, my question to you Orly Taitz is what has occurred between March 9th, when you learned about this PayPal incident to April 2nd, amost a month later, when you reported this to the FBI?

Where is the PayPal report? Did PayPal do any traces? They only take no more than 2 weeks to trace monies. Usually less; but 2 weeks is the time frame. Why would the FBI get involved in figuring out which one of your moderators changed a code in a blogsite? Why would you release thugs on me, make wild accusations in the Net media and have people call my house non stop with threats?
Is this about a PayPal script or is something else going on?

One error does not change the fact that BO, aka Barry Soetoro refuses to provide the "proper" documents to prove he is indeed eligible to be President. Would he do this, it would end the issue. I am not a left or right wing, I am however big on ethics, morals and the truth!

Err, what constitutes the "proper" documents? Who decides that they are? How does one know that said documents aren't forgeries? What proof would you accept honestly? Considering that the COLB can be used to obtain a passport (and I used a similar document to obtain mine) what would exactly prove it for you? I'm all for ethics, morals and the truth too so let's be honest here: Ask yourself "are you after the truth or have you already convicted him in absentia?"

Another thing about Orly that doesn't add up is that in the WND article she said that she left the USSR in 1981, went to Israel, got an undergrad degree (4 years for that) and a Dentistry Degree (4 more years for that). A total of 8 years in school in Israel at Hebrew University would have had her in Israel until 1989.
But we see from the Nevada & California State Records that by May 2, 1987, Orly was already married and living in California.
Did Orly TIME TRAVEL back to the future (1989) in Israel to get her Dentistry Degree then back to the past (1987) married and living in California?
Also was Orly TIME TRAVELING while pregnant with her first son, Issac, or did she have Issac by immaculate conception?

There is a flaw with your message. In the message you state that Dr. Taitz claimed that funds were stolen. Since you included the Mar. 9th message she posted, I suggest you read it again, closely. She only stated that funds were diverted from her account. She never used the word stolen. She said that the motive was to keep her from receiving funds. It seems to me that you are doing exactly what you have claimed she has done: You are accusing her of saying something she did not say.
May I respectfully suggest that you deal with this matter privately between the two of you like mature individuals and not in a public venue like a couple of children. Since you control the domain, it is up to you to initiate that move and stop the childish nonsense. It will not improve your image with the public. I, for one, would not deal with someone who, because of an issue which affected a client who is NOT an expert in technical issues made an honest mistake in the way she handled a situation beyond her knowledge is now being vilified by someone who is an expert.
Bad choice of response, in my humble opinion.

Actually, last night on Ed Hale's Show and on 2 radio shows Orly explicitly said that both Lisa O and Lisa L STOLE her pay pal donations by diverting the payments away from Orly's accts.
I am certain that when Orly gets the paypal info she will find that the $ was not stolen or diverted. However, by that time, she will be facing 2 huge lawsuits from Lisa L and Lisa O.

It is obvious the FBI is investigating fraud and embezzlement of donations to Defend Our Freedoms Foundation.
Lisa has wisely removed herself from involvement and is cooperating with the FBI investigations.
What is Orly doing? She is defaming employees of Attorney Phil Berg on radio broadcasts. Accusing an innocent employee of Attorney Phil Berg of committing felonies. Sound familiar?

Orly is defaming Lisa and I applaud Lisa for rising above Orly and being honest.

I am still trying to find where Orly stated that money had been stolen. I do find that she said her Paypal account had been tampered with and the e-mail address had been changed, and Miss Lisa has confirmed this.
Lisa, have you been able to determine which of the names you've listed as having access to the account changed the information or have denials been issued by all of these people?

I'm not familiar with anyone (moderators) being questioned about it. I was instructed to ban one of the moderators after it happened. But I'm not aware of anyone discussing the situation with that moderator.

Well, it only makes sense to me that if one of the moderators had made a change such as that they would have informed the other moderators that they had done so. All in all, it seemed that the moderators before were really on top of things there, so I had wondered about my question above.
Maybe that's a good place to start is to ask each moderator individually if they changed the e-mail address. It may help to resolve that issue at least.

In the State of California, Licensed attorneys are automatically qualified for Real Estate Sales Licensing, Real Estate Brokers Licensing, and Contractors Licensing. And, there is a difference between speaking five languages and FLUENTLY speaking five languages. That "correspondence school has the high standard of requiring a cumulative 2.0 GPA for completion. And, Orly has NEVER won a lawsuit - with the exception of defending herself against malpractice. And even then she didn't WIN, the cases were dismissed due to the "binding arbitration" clause in Dr. Taitz treatment agreements.

True Biblical Christianity is NOT a choice, but by God's sovereign and electing grace alone, HE mercifully saves and gives eternal life to all those whom HE has chosen in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ before the foundation of the world (please read Ephesians 1:4 KJV).
Sadly, for a variety of reasons, there are those in America and the rest of the world who do profess and believe themselves to be true Christians, but who may truly not be--God alone knows the hearts of all. Some tangible indicators of a true Biblical Christian would be his/her testimony as a sinner saved by the grace of God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone (and NOT by baptism, church membership, self-righteousness, being a good person, or doing good works), the fruits of the Spirit in his/her life (please read Galatians 5:22-23 KJV), someone who prays, seeks, and depends upon the Lord Jesus constantly, loves Him, loves others (and cares about their souls by boldly sharing the message about the Good News of Jesus and Biblical truth, and going about doing good deeds in Jesus' name, especially to those in need), has a desire to obey Him, asks for forgiveness when he/she is aware of sinning, repents of known sin, has an ongoing desire to follow the Lord and do the will of God--all according to the Word of God, the Holy Bible—which he/she seeks to diligently read, study, and apply in life.
Thus far, it is sad and grievous that some decisions, bills, and comments made have not been in keeping with Biblical principles; and therefore, it does seem very likely that at this time, in God’s providence, America’s sitting President’s words and actions (as well as some in this current administration) are not reflective of true Biblical Christianity. However, no one really knows exactly whom amongst them that God has mercifully chosen to save and give eternal life through the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (hopefully all), so Christians are still to maintain a heart of prayer for that highest blessing upon all, including Mr. Obama/Soetero and his family. In the meantime, we can also pray that God would expose the truth one way or another regarding all the unanswered questions surrounding his eligibility requirements, and deliver America from this Constitutional and economic crises. We can also pray that God would raise up more Biblical Christian leaders who fear the LORD and know and love Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

I have some thoughts about the PayPal posting, as I have a PayPal business account myself. [1] Why was there a need to change Dr. Orly's original email address, [2] were you given authorization by the PayPal owner to access and enter into this PayPal account, [3] money deposits would occur directly from your own bank website and not from Dr. Orly's PayPal account, [4] donees would transfer their donations directly from their own bank website, [5] why would you need to "test" the script to PayPal. PayPal has a very distinct method of operation. Any script testing would come from PayPal techs only after a problem was emailed to them, or phoned in to them, [6] PayPal security actually conducts their own investigations and informs the PayPal owner of the results achieved. There is no "two week" max time frame, as some investigations conducted by PayPal themselves can run over two weeks. If you had a problem with an account that does not belong to you, your immediate decision is to notify Dr. Orly and then email / phone PayPal immediately. After examining this scenario more closely, I would have to say that it is best that the FBI look into the matter. If you did nothing wrong, there is nothing to be fearful about. The PayPal owner never mentions that you did anything. In fact, the owner suspects a presidential team player may have done something. As my wise mother would say, he that screams the loudest condemnation is usually guilty. If you're not guilty - no problem. But I don't know how you'll explain away that "test the script" part. All the FBI would need to ask PayPal is... how does a non-PayPal owner test the script.

ok... i'm real confused as to what is going on here... i was out of town, and my computer fried right after all hell broke loose w/ this website.
now, what is all this garbage about retracting statements about payment going to lisa's account, or skwhite retracting his statement... i doubt he's lying, becuz i have proof that my payment went to lisa's account (even tho my computer fried & i lost my online confirmation)... i made a hard copy of it. and, what my paypal transaction says is that on 1/26/09 i made a donation to "defend our freedoms (business name), and that the recipient of the payment is "verified". the recipient email is for lisaostella@hotmail.com. [chances are i can still go back & create a history from paypal.]
i would say that orly should verify she rcvd payment, otherwise, she needs to check w/ lisa. unless, however, lisa never had a hotmail account, and that IT is fraudulent... and, i would suspect that if funds WERE diverted fraudulently that paypal would be working on it w/ orly, and most likely along w/ everything else the FBI should be involved.
now, i don't know what the heck is going on, but i do know that similar crap is going on with other websites. and, there is going to be a lot of defamation going on to try and discredit orly because of what she is and has been doing.

By God's grace, I am continuing to pray for all. But now I am a little confused about something. If Dr. Taitz no longer has access to the Defend Our Freedom domains (.org, .us, and .net), why is there still a PayPal button on the .net website? (http://www.defendourfreedoms.org) It might be wise to remove the button from the webpage without closing down the account (keeping it for further investigation), or at least place a note that PayPal donations are no longer being accepted at this time (if that is the case).
I did read the recent posts, but am wondering who exactly is the owner of the PayPal account, and who has access to that PayPal account now (that is, if Dr. Taitz, webmaster Lisa, and volunteers no longer have access to it, and Dr. Taitz has a new website now (http://www.repubx.com)? (which noticeably does not have a PayPal button). If someone were to use the PayPal button on the Defend Our Freedoms.net page to donate at this time, exactly who would receive the money? Or are the monies now being returned back to donors automatically? Or does the owner need to manually accept it?
I would very much appreciate some explanation, or even an 'I don't know' (in which case, it would be very prudent to cooperate with the FBI, or other official investigation over this whole matter). Although the timing is keeping everyone multitasking and diverted, an official investigation now needs to be done (if not already) to clear up the confusion or misunderstanding (and to clear the names of any or all parties involved), and to make sure there is no criminal activity here. Perhaps there might even be a third party (?) involved no one knows about, so a professional and thorough investigation would be necessary. In the meantime, for everyone, it would not be wise to make assumptions (and defamatory) comments until the facts with proof are investigated. I pray for all our maturity and restraint.
The same should be done for this whole eligibility issue. If only the original, un-tampered, long-form birth certificate (not only the COLB—Certificate of Live Birth) would just be produced for America/the world, all of these other concerns/issues would have been avoided. But in God's providence, it is beginning to look more like there is something really wrong, and so may we all continue to pray that God would override, and continue to reveal the truth, and have mercy on us all, including those who may be sinning and guilty of any crimes (may God give any/all a contrite heart of great conviction over their sins against God, and lead him/her/them to confession and repentance).

To all those involved in this sad situation: I pray that you would please have these questionable things properly investigated as soon as possible. I just also noticed there is a PayPal button on this blog (http://www.defendourfreedoms.net). Would you know if that button is active at this time, as well? If it is no longer active, and the PayPal button cannot be removed for some reason, perhaps it would be wise to at least add a note (above or below the PayPal button) that donations are no longer being accepted at this time (if that is the case).
Regardless of who initiated the PayPal account, does anyone have the ability to still access the Defend Our Freedoms PayPal account? Or might it be the case that all those who once had access to the PayPal account are now locked out of access (including the owner)? Or might it just be the case that the PayPal password was typed incorrectly, or forgotten? Or perhaps an unknown third party may have been given (or had access to) the PayPal password, and for some reason, went into the account and changed it without letting the others know? Has PayPal been officially notified about this situation, and are they now actively investigating it? And would PayPal be able to generate the Defend our Freedoms PayPal activity reports from their end for investigative purposes? --It is not necessary to answer these questions here, but I pray, please do make sure to have all of these concerns investigated as soon as possible, and then make official report and explanation with apology to all your donors who have generously contributed in faith, and also diligently worked together alongside in this important cause.
May we all continue to pray for all truth to be revealed, for contrite hearts, confession, repentance, justice, and mercy--not only for this situation, but for this whole nation, the world, and all of the leaders and people.

but here I believe that the administrator of Defendourfreedoms was directing her question TO Orly Taitz: "Why would you release 'thugs' on me, make wild accusations in the Net media and have people call my house non stop with threats?"

This is NOT about race. BO is mostly white. I've seen it stated that he only has a small percentage of Black African blood.
So please don't make it about race. BO dealt the race card and you play into that hand by making this about race.
The truth is that all of us are wrong when we disparage other races. Americans are better people than that. Americans are of all races.
Have you not seen Dr. Alan Keyes photo on this site? Do not dishonor Dr. Keyes by making snide remarks about his race. Do you not know of Justice Thomas, an Honorable Black man, do not dishonor his race here please.

Could Orly Taitz really be so ignorant of the law, legal procedure, and simple contractual agreements that she truly believes that the FBI is the proper authority with whom to address a simple Paypal dispute? It is a true embarrassment for all concerned citizens that Ms. Taitz is the face and voice at the forefront of the Constitutional crises that America is facing with regard to the status of Mr. Obama's Article II, Section 1 Constitutional eligibility to hold the office of POTUS.
Seriously, how can the very same people who feign offense and by Mr. Obama's lack eligibility (and qualifications) blindly support an attorney so blatantly unqualified to the point that she can't even properly resolve a simple Paypal dispute?
