In a discussion on the previous thread, Understanding the Internet 102 - PayPalGate, many donors to Dr. Orly Taitz's Defend Our Freedoms Foundation are understandably confused. On PayPal donor receipts they see one of my email addresses.
See, I set up Dr. Orly Taitz's PayPal account. I had my own login during the process. My username was my email, lisaostella@hotmail.com with my own password. Under the PayPal Profile screen for Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, lisaostella@hotmail.com is listed as well as orly.taitz@gmail.com
I do not receive the monies that go to lisaostella@hotmail.com. They stay in the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation PayPal account.
My PayPal account is set up under my web business name, Go Excel Global. This is my email Profile screen in PayPal
I would like my email address removed from the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation PayPal account. But I haven't had login access to it for months.
Why haven't you had access to it for months, Lisa?

I don't know. My login did not work. The account owner has the admin controls to change that. In the account profile set up, I had my name, email and 800# listed as customer service contact. The account owner needs to delete that. I can't if I cannot login.

2. There is no record of her immigration, arrival in USA or naturalization, although records for those events are publicly available for the years from her birth through present day. Demand Orly prove Orly's a citizen before you follow her off the cliff.
3. Orly's had 3 anchor babies. Isaac Yitzhak Taitz, 14 Jul 1989, Benjamin Samuel Taitz,7 Oct 1991, Ronald Michaeladam Taitz, 3 Sep 1993. When Orly registered Ronald's birth Orly fraudulently gave her maiden name as Auerbuch instead of Averbuch. Maybe both are fake names, because there is no record of her in the official list of Soviet Citizens from 1960-1987.
4. Orly claims Orly got her dental degree from Hebrew University in Israel. Was that before or after her "escape" from the Soviet Union? Hebrew U does not have a record of her on their Alumni list. Fake dental degree explains the dozens of dental malpractice suits. Her dental license was obtained in 1989 when Orly was in US having babies. Which adds to the suspicion the Israeli dental degree is fake.
5. It is a well-established rumour that Orly paid someone to take the California Bar exam for her. Her lack of knowledge of the law and of legal procedures supports this. Her terrible grammar and spelling shows her lack of formal education and supports the theory her dental degree is fake, and of course her unaccredited online law school required no prerequisites or LSAT. Before you cry "but Orly's speaking in a foreign language" remember Orly's been in the USA since before 1987, and to receive any college degree Orly would need a basic proficiency in writing, grammar and spelling.
4. There is no record of her in the list of California Registered voters. A person not registered to vote is trying to usurp the choice of the voters.

Ask yourself why her computer expert husband does not set up her blog on his own server and run it for her. Instead Orly takes from others what Orly can afford herself.

6. Look at her 3 million dollar home. Her address is listed at whitepages.com. Why does Orly need your donations when all Orly's had to pay for is a couple small filing fees? Orly made a cash payment of $14,000 2 months early for the second half of her $29,000.00 property taxes. Your money paid her tax bill. Before Orly founded her cash cow website Orly was a tax evader. The tax lien is listed at the Orange county Recorder website, along with all sorts of judgments and liens against both her and her husband.
7. Orly claims Orly's also a realtor but that is another lie. Her license was revoked years ago.
8. Orly calls herself a Constitutional law expert, but besides the obvious fact that Orly doesn't understand it at all, Orly's never had a case before, other than defending herself against malpractice, and Orly lost every single case. Orly is not even legally competent, let alone an expert. Orly's just a liar. On Alan Keyes website he stated Orly approached him to be her plaintiff, not eh other way around. And now Keyes and Kreep have disassociated themselves from her. That's why Orly started soliciting the rest of you. Solicitation is against the Rules of Professional Conduct, by the way.
Another thing about Orly that doesn't add up is that in the WND article she said that she left Russia in 1981, went to Israel got a undergrad degree (4 years for that) and a Dentistry Degree (4 more years for that). A total of 8 years in school in Israel at Hebrew University would have had her in Israel until 1989. But we see that by May 2, 1987, Orly was already married and living in California. Did Orly TIME TRAVEL back to the future (1989) in Israel to get her Dentistry Degree then back to the past (1987) married and living in California while she was pregnant with her first son, Issac?
And how did Orly who is functionally illiterate pass the essay section of the California Bar Exam?

I noticed all of the disgusting posts on past articles and past entries made by Orly, her few remaining supporters and the Obots.
My first inclination was to say ban these Orlybots and Obots, but no let them show themselves as they truly are. IT IS NOT A PRETTY PICTURE not consistent with that image that Orly had posted her in the past of the perfect hair, the perfect teeth, the perfect smile.
As an ex-Orly supporter, I don't think that picture of Orly is so perfect anymore.

Buyers remorse. Can there be any other explanation? By all appearances, the politics of the day allowed for the turning of a blind eye to certain realities.
Personally, I didn't believe that Orly had put together a case (in this matter) that would hold water. But I did give her the opportunity to convince me otherwise. My exact words - "buy in". I needed something a little more concrete to allow me to "buy in". Politics alone was not enough. Needless to say, nothing more concrete was provided.
There is something to be said about establishing legitimacy. I contend that before the legitimacy of the other side is brought to question, first establish the legitimacy of the side that you occupy. (Is that a fair statement?)

DefendOurFreedoms was never a charity approved by the IRS. It was (presumably) a "non profit" which is another thing altogether. A political organization can't be a "charity".

By God's grace, I am continuing to pray for all. But now I am a little confused about something. If Dr. Taitz no longer has access to the Defend Our Freedom domains (.org, .us, and .net), why is there still a PayPal button on the .net website? (http://www.defendourfreedoms.org) It might be wise to remove the button from the webpage without closing down the account (keeping it for further investigation), or at least place a note that PayPal donations are no longer being accepted at this time (if that is the case).
I did read the recent posts, but am wondering who exactly is the owner of the PayPal account, and who has access to that PayPal account now (that is, if Dr. Taitz, webmaster Lisa, and volunteers no longer have access to it, and Dr. Taitz has a new website now (http://www.repubx.com)? (which noticeably does not have a PayPal button). If someone were to use the PayPal button on the Defend Our Freedoms.net page to donate at this time, exactly who would receive the money? Or are the monies now being returned back to donors automatically? Or does the owner need to manually accept it?
I would very much appreciate some explanation, or even an 'I don't know' (in which case, it would be very prudent to cooperate with the FBI, or other official investigation over this whole matter). Although the timing is keeping everyone multitasking and diverted, an official investigation now needs to be done (if not already) to clear up the confusion or misunderstanding (and to clear the names of any or all parties involved), and to make sure there is no criminal activity here. Perhaps there might even be a third party (?) involved no one knows about, so a professional and thorough investigation would be necessary. In the meantime, for everyone, it would not be wise to make assumptions (and defamatory) comments until the facts with proof are investigated. I pray for all our maturity and restraint.
The same should be done for this whole eligibility issue. If only the original, un-tampered, long-form birth certificate (not only the COLB—Certificate of Live Birth) would just be produced for America/the world, all of these other concerns/issues would have been avoided. But in God's providence, it is beginning to look more like there is something really wrong, and so may we all continue to pray that God would override, and continue to reveal the truth, and have mercy on us all, including those who may be sinning and guilty of any crimes (may God give any/all a contrite heart of great conviction over their sins against God, and lead him/her/them to confession and repentance).

You should be able to contact Paypal by phone at 402-945-2017. You can either request that they mail the current password to you by snail mail so that you can delete yourself once you have re-gained access, or you can cancel any affiliation you have with that account immediately while you are on the phone. I have had to do this to disassociate myself from a previous business partner. It may take a while on the phone, but it is definitely doable.

It is true that the founder on my denomination was radical some 500 years ago, however he's considered pretty main stream today.
To my knowledge, Martin Luther never had contact with radical Muslims and pre-dated Marx by several centuries - the only Socialism he would have been familiar with was the first century church as described in the "Book of Acts".
