Listen to the caller from Alabama at 01:26 who asked about Lisa Liberi having "former charges against her". She dodges the question by saying the lawsuit address all that. It does not. The host then restates the question incorrectly as "Do you have any current charges against you." as she is hurriedly cutting off the caller in panic. Lisa L. answers no. So what is the actual story here?
Why doesn't the lawsuit directly address this? Why did the lawsuit claim that Orly released Lisa Liberi's SS# if the number released belongs to another Lisa Liberi from NM? The one with the criminal record?
This interview raises some interesting questions.

I been following taitz website and phil berg and I feel berg and there bloggers here are not being honest. I was threated lawsuit by one of there bloggers and feel it may be Lisa since I tracked the ip address ..my lawyers said bloggers unless were threated for no reason other than there own views stil is freedom of speech. and if I am threated again I wil come after this woman who threaten me since I was telling the truth about liberi!! is liberi suing everybody ?? or what?? she comes across as arragant .those or the types who have alot to hide.fyi!!!it is very strange I blogg everywhere and tell it like it is like it or not!! I feel taitz may have some of her bloggers don't beleive her but feel she is honest ..just my feeling not knowing her.

I was listening last night and I wondered about the same thing. If Lisa went on the show to maintain her innocence, why did she run away from such a perfect opportunity to deny the accusations?
In fact, why is it that nowhere in the legal filings does it say that she is not the same Lisa Liberi as the one with the criminal record?
It struck me as a real softball question but she ran from it like the plague.
A lot of people who were inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt have some serious questions after last night's show.

Yes, if Orly had confused me with criminal I would have jumped at the chance to set the record straight in both the complaint and on any forum that I could. Lisa L. had a very sympathetic host. This was the place to do it and she passed. It makes you wonder.
Phil wasted most of the show with the same bunch of lies about Obama instead of making the case against Orly. They should take more callers next time.

It says four separate times in the Complaint that Orly/Sankey disclosed Lisa Liberi's (Phil's Lisa) date of birth. The only date of birth they disclosed was the New Mexico Lisa's.
The way that thing reads and after last night's show, I'm suddenly wondering that the two Lisas are one and the same, after being convinced for months that they weren't.

In answer to your doubts about Lisa Liberi, Phil Berg's Asst., that was something that she was ordered by the Court not to discuss, as it will be addressed in Court as it did not pertain to her. The Court has all of that information. The Agencies that had her and her family in a Protected Program are now involved and she can not talk about anything that was said or done by the defendents until it comes before the Court.
The question she was asked she didn't hear the first time and asked what and he repeated the question and she said NO, which was the truth.
What she could address was the fact that the Birth Date that was put in was actually hers and that the SS# that was NOT x'd out was hers. That was information that was given to Sankey and Orly by someone else and was put on there when they typed the paragraph report.
So before you jump to any conclusions, you might want to put your self in her place and wonder how you would feel knowing that all you have worked for 8 years could be lost, by having to go through the safety net all over again.

This would be the perfect place for Lisa Liberi to end all the speculation and show Orly is a complete liar. This is an open forum so Orly could reply or apologize. OK, she could reply. I am not sure what I was smokin' there for a minute. }(

I am not sure that I can make heads or tails of all that. The question she answered from the host was "Are there any current charges?" to which she answered no. As to all the stuff about "The Court" and "Protected Program" don't come to me for sympathy. I have no idea what that means and I could care less.
I know that Orly is inciting the basest of human emotions in her followers and she has openly called for armed insurrection and treason. I think she is a harmless flake but I have no doubt that some of her followers could pose a threat. She is going to gun nut shows and citizen grand jury meetings that are nothing other than wannabe militia groups to recruit followers. We know that fringe groups like this are where the likes of Timothy McVeigh, Terry Nichols, and Eric Rudolph were nurtured. That is Orly's world now.
However, one must asked if Phil Berg is that much more legitimate than Orly? He spent most of the 90 minutes last night recycling the same discredited lies. I do not need to list them here. His cases are no more worthy than actual and imaginary cases that Orly has pursued. I don't think we need to waste much time choosing between these charlatans trying to figure out which one is the bigger clown. It is inevitable that the fringe NBC movement would erupt into civil war. When delusional people with huge egos get together that is always the case. At this time it has degenerated into a PayPal war to see who can fleece the followers out of their last dollar. Meanwhile some of us will worry about the stuff that really matters like the economy and health care.

Gee, I think that is called open rebellion and possibly treason. I think some southern states tried that tactic with tragic results.
We as a people have entrusted interpretation of the Constitution to 9 people and 9 people only. The have ruled on Presidential eligibility and said there is no issue. Therefore, there is no issue. If you disagree then I am quite confident that I am right and you are wrong.
I will not call you a liar. I think you earnestly believe what you are saying. Unfortunately, (for you) the only two choices are that you are either lying or you are delusional.
