Phil did not say that His Assistant Lisa and the one that Taitz put out information on are the same. He said that his Assistant's SS# was put out and that her Birth date was included. If you look at the crap that was put out the information was all xxx'd out and the only SS# that wasn't was put in the middle of all of the other information. The Birth date was added after the name. If you read that paragraph, it states that the REAL Lisa Liberi's SS# is the first one that has the last 4 numbers xxx'd out.
There is also 2 little piece's of information that is not included in the what was out out. Lisa Liberi is a Victim of Identify Theft and there is a PENDING Indictment in another State against another woman. The other piece which you may or may not know also is that Lisa and her family was also under the Protection Act due to Criminal Domestic Violence and Abuse.
Phil Berg filed that case to protect his Assistant and the criminal activities that others are committing by putting out information that is both against Federal and State Laws.
It would seem that the only way they figured they could get rid of him, was to put out something that would question his ability as an Attorney and attack the integrity of his Law Firm.
I am sure when this is all over they will wish they had of checked a lot more closely what was given to them by a disgruntled supposed friend of Berg's before they posted and sent it all over the World!
Maybe someone should ask this disgruntled friend about their background, and she how much they have had with Berg in the so called 10 friendship they claim to have had.
Don't add fuel to the fire by saying that it sounds like Berg's Assistant and the one they are posting and talking about are one and the same, because I can assure you that is NOT the case!
Just so you know I am not connected to the Law Office of Berg, I am not his Assistant Lisa and I can prove it if need be at the Court. I am however, a friend, someone who knows one of them very, very well and have had daily contact with one of them on a daily basis for a long, long, long time.

The mistaken identity issue could have certainly been addressed directly in the filing. It is also puzzling why anyone who would wanted to remain under the radar in a domestic violence protection program would get involved in such a public cause as filing cases against the President. It is also a completely futile cause.
I wish all the plaintiffs good luck against Taitz, et. al. She certainly deserves to be at least disbarred if not punished monetarily.
Mr. Berg: That was a real cheap shot you took at Michelle Obama. You know she was not disbarred and that is why you put it in quotes. This rumor was debunked months ago. Michelle Obama gave up the practice of law voluntarily when her husband chose to enter politics. There were no misconduct issues involved. I am sure this was just an attempt to get the PayPal donations going again. This was not a display of ethical behavior on your part.

It is addressed in the Law Suit as "other", that and other crap that was put out by Tatiz was not released to the Public. The Court will ligitate that in private.
The reason that Lisa Liberi could be involved was because she was in a protected program and as long as her Social was secured she couldn't be tracked. You know in protected programs individuals are protected and the only identifying factor is the SS#, if you get my meaning.
Now as for Michelle Obama Berg did not take a cheap shot, as in 1993 she was ordered by the Court to never practice Law again and that it was part of an agreement so that there would be NO charges filed. That is why it states that she Voluntarily does not renew her Law License every year.

Michelle Obama went voluntarily inactive under Illinois Rule 770 in 1993. At any time she can file for reinstatement should she so choose to do so. Neither you nor Berg (nor the other Birthers) can offer an proof for the claim that there was misconduct involved.

There is Public and Private Discipline. Michelle Obama's was PRIVATE and it was for Insurance Fraud. Testimony was given based on a Plea Agreement that she would not practice Law again and no charges filed. Why do you think she was working for the Hospital there and not as their Attorney. Sorry, but that is fact, as I have a relative there that is a Court Reporter and the information that I just gave you is 100% correct. It was agreed that it would be filed and sealed and it was.
As for my answer being completely ridiculous on Lisa Liberi, you really don't know a thing about "Safe" programs as names can be changed and SS#'s stay the same. So when her real SS# was revealed that was the identifying tracer on her, which could eventually be seen by the person they are in danger from. Now they may have to go through that whole process again. I am sure that Lisa, her Son and husband want to really THANK Orly and all of her ardent supporters are tearing their lives apart. I am also sure that they want to thank everyone who posts here, like all of that crap is true and not even take into consideration the ramifications of what has been done to them.
I am always amazed at all of the people that claim to be God fearing Christians and then set out to harm people to gain what they deem to be more important than some one's life.
What really amazes me, it that since we have taken on the cause of getting rid of Obama, there has been nothing that some won't do, regardless of what it might do to some one else. It doesn't matter who they step on or destroy as long as they get what they want.

I just listened to that gas bag Phil Berg on the radio. He was caught in a big lie on the Kenyan tape with Obama's grandmother. How much money did that swindler take you for on that one? You know, the guy that goes under the alias? That crap will never get close to a court.
Berg also mentioned the Kenyan ambassador that got punked by two shock jocks into agreeing that Obama was born in Kenya. Yeah, that one was really convincing, Phil.
Finally, the big lie is that a COLB is not proof that Obama was born in Hawaii and couldn't be used to get a passport. That is a complete lie. He knows it. The COLB is adequate for any federal purpose.
Phil, the reason the nuts have moved from you to Orly is that all you have are the same tired lies that have all been debunked. Orly has new, exciting, and insane ideas. I don't know what show you were listening to, but Berg was NOT caught in ANY lie. The tape that was made of Obama's Grandmother was done by 2 Ministers, and it was translated by them also. The translation that is posted on his sight is the one they, not him. They will also testify in Court if we get there.
I heard that radio interview with the Kenyan Ambassador and sent it to Berg and he did say that Obama was born there and didn't change to the Father until later in an interview with a reporter for the paper.
They asked him about the Father and he stated where the Father was born and then ask about Obama again and Mombossa and yes and then he said they were already making a shrine for there.
I have a Certification Of Live Birth from Texas and it is on the same order of Obama's, has the Texas Seal and Registrar's Stamp on it and it was NOT acceptable for my Passport. I had to send for the Vault copy of my Certified Live Birth Certificate in order to get a Passport. A COLB is NOT adequate for any Federal purpose, maybe some , but not a lot.
So you can bash Berg all you want to, but why you would is a mystery to me, if you don't like Orly either.

McRae, the self-styled bishop asking the questions, gets Obama the father mixed up with Obama the son. He corrects himself a couple of times before asking where Obama was born.
The claim that the tape is evidence that Obama, the grandson, was born in Mombasa is weak. The family is heard on the tape to correct McRae saying Obama, the grandson, was born in Hawaii as if the question had been misunderstood.
Some questions that I haven't seen addressed are why did McRae conduct the interview and make the tape in the first place? What motivated him? Why did McRae deliver the tape to Berg?
Berg claims that "Shuhubia" is not the real name of the minister conducting the Kenya side of the interview, and that his real name is not used because to do so would put his life in danger, yet he also says that the minister is well known in Kenya and that Sarah Obama's house at the time of the interview was guarded by police and "flooded with people". With so many witnesses present, how can this well known minister's identity be protected with the use of a pseudonym when the cat is out of the bag?

Obama's COLB meets the requirements listed on the State Department website to be acceptable:
"*A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of your birth. Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes. "

The one posted on Factcheck and other sites meets ALL of these requirements. It was filed on August 8, 1961. It has a raised embossed seal. It has the registrar's signature. It was filed within one year of his birth.

The Only Christmas Turkey I see on here that is full of "crap" is you. If you are capable of understanding this, the one on Fact check, is the same one that is on Obama's Fight the Smears, that has NO visible State Seal or Registrar's Stamp on it.
Now Obama and the family took a Vacation to Hawaii after all of this was being talked about.
When they came back, Fact Check was invited to see the "Holy Document" and to take pictures. It is so great that they did, because the Document is on 2007 paper and Border as confirmed by Hawaii.
Now they change the paper and border every year, so can you tell me how the 2008 State Seal and the 2008 Registrar's Stamp got on a COLB from 2007?? That is the greatest thing that Fact Check ever did was take pictures and post them! If we can get into Court that will be one of the first questions that we will want answered.
As for the so called Birth Announcement in the paper, it lists an address where they lived at the time of the Birth, but lo and behold, the people that lived on both sides of that house have lived there since 1956. They said that the house the Obama's were suppose to have lived in, was owned by another couple. They bought it in the late 50's and lived in it until they passed away. There were also other people on the block that were questioned and those that had lived there since before 1961 all said the same thing.
Besides a Birth Announcement can be put in the paper by anyone. My Daughter was born in another State as we were with the Military. My Parents put a Birth Announcement in my home town newspaper when she was born.
We have statements from the State of Hawaii that they have a Birth Certificate in the Vault, but they did NOT say it was from Hawaii, only that they had one.
As for the Certification of Live Birth, which is different from a Certificate of Live Birth, those are given to any one that register's a birth at home, abroad, etc. as long as they have 2 witnesses, or 1 relative and it is within a year of the birth.
How do you explain that his Sister Maya, has the same Certification of Live Birth that he has and she was born in Jakarta, Indonesia???
Now you say personal remembrances, Pray tell me about them, for I have heard NO personal remembrances from anyone!!

If you has listened to one of Maya's interviews, she stated that she had a COLB from Hawaii, as her Mother registered her Indonesian BC before she was a year old, in order to give her, her heritage from both her Parents!

Bozo you sound like Leo Donofrio now. He told me that he thought I should only use tiny lower case letters to type in on his blog, and ONLY HE COULD TYPE IN CAPITAL LETTERS on his blog.
Well, I don't personally care if someone types in CAPITAL LETTERS or not, or small letters or whatever. I only care to read comments to see if what they are saying is truthful and excellent or lies and wrong stuff.
There is NO Internet law of etiquette that says ANYTHING about typing in capital letters. I personally think capitals are easier to read then tiny letters. When you read a lot each day like me, I notice that I read faster when letters are in CAPITALS rather than in miniscule tiny print.

Got caught lying there didn't you? You can't back it up. You do not quote sources for anything as a matter of fact.
I don't know haw many times the birthers are going to repeat this lie: Hawaii will not, and has ever issued birth certificates that show "Honolulu, Hawaii" for persons born elsewhere. The burden of proof is on those making this claim and they cannot prove it.

I don't go around calling people liars like you do. I read the interview some time ago and I am not an Obama supporter, although I am a Democrat. I assume since you are obviously an Obama supporter that you heard all the interviews and read all of the articles, so you could not have missed the one by Maya. If I run across it, I will be more that happy to post it for you, but I am not going to spend hours looking for it. I do not have the time to spend hours looking for something that millions of people read and I assume would remember, especially if they support Obama.
Second I read the story that you posted the link to, the day it came out and all it took was a little research, to find out if it was true about Dr. West. Unfortunately, Dr. West was not practicing Medicine at the time Obama was born. He had in fact retired in 1956 and was teaching at a Medical facility. Not only did I find that out (along with several thousand other researchers) I found out that when he was practicing, he was NOT on the Medical Staff of the hospital that he said he was born in or the one that Maya says he was born in, therefore he could NOT have delivered Obama. Dr West did return to practicing Medicine again for a very short time in the late 1960's, after Obama was already born.
So that story is not correct and no I wouldn't presume to call the 80 year old Lady a liar, I would simply like to believe that at her age , she just doesn't remember and has her facts all mixed up.
Now I am sure that you can research that and find the same information that I and others did, unless it has been scrubbed like everything else on the web that Obama or some one connected to him doesn't want you to see.
I am certainly not embarrassed, but you should be for putting out stories that you have not verified or done any research on, just stated as an absolute fact.

You know what is particularly funny about this.
Not only do you have NOTHING to back up the claim that Maya has a Hawaiian birth certificate, but you also miss an important point in the birfer bible.
You guys always point out that if BO was born in Kenya, then his mother was too young for him to be a US citizen.
However, you totally miss the point that by the time Maya was born - she WAS indeed born to a US citizen mother well over the age of 18. By that fact alone, Maya is a US citizen. If she has any certificate from a state in the US, then it would STILL show that she was born in Indonesia.
And that's what you continue to miss - even with your own logic. BO's birth certificate would not say "HONOLULU, HAWAII" if he was not born there.
Of course, the school enrollment form would not ALSO say "HONOLULU, HAWAII" either, but you guys seem to pick and choose your conclusions from that document.

Actually, I hate to disappoint you, but berg did pay a single, solitary dime for the information. I talked to Bishop McRae on a show he was on one night and I called in and asked him about the tape and what it cost and he replied nothing. Taitz has filed nothing so there is really no way to tell if she has stolen his work or not at this point. I wouldn't be surprised if she has but I think this is completely speculative at this point.

That is not true, Momma E has stated on 3 different shows that she is NOT suing Linda Belcher aka Starr as she has NO reason to. She broke down the Law Suit as to each Plaintiff and who each one is suing. The only people Momma E is suing is Ed Hale, Caren Hale, Plains Radio Network, Inc. aka Plains Radio.com, Bar H Farms, KPRN 1610 AM and Orly Taitz.

Great points. Maya would have been a natural born citizen because her mother was over 19. The law at the time required that she was a citizen and had lived in the US for 5 years after age 14.
I am amazed how Birfers believe they can retroactively define natural born citizenship in ways that have no support in the law and then apply it retroactively to Obama. It is completely ludicrous. One cockamamie idea is that there are three classes of citizenship. There is no support in the law, court decisions, nor the Constitution for this idea yet they push it because they really know deep down that Obama was born in Hawaii. Therefore, they need a fall back position. The 3 classes of citizenship kookiness is all that is left.
If they want this to be law there is a way to do it. They have to convince Congress to pass a law defining 3 classes of citizenship and then wait for the Supreme Court to uphold it against the challenges that will surely follow.
I will would be willing to take any bets on your success. I noticed the Rep. Posey, who authored HR 1503, has removed all mention of the legislation from his web site. This is the bill that would require that the parties provide evidence that their canididates meet Article II requirements. One other guber from rural Virgina just sign on as a co-author. This legislation wouldn't have any effect on President Obama. Even if it passed the COLB he produced plus the contemporary newspaper accounts would qualify him under the bill.

Did you see what your wonder girl Orly did? She sent her response in Berg v Taitz, the one that was due to be FILED WITH THE COURT BY MAY 26, well, she sent it to Berg's office instead. You know what that means? By not properly filing with the court she is admitting to the complaint.
Berg has already filed a motion for judgment based on her lack of response.
There is no way this inept person passed the bar. She had help folks and I do not mean divine help. You can draw your own conclusions. Yes, this woman is that incredibly stupid yet the Birthers love her. Go figure?
I think we should have a long discussion on whether she is a moron simply foolish or both.

I just looked at the paperwork & it looks like Dr. Taitz filed at the courthouse both 1)"A Motion To Dismiss Due To Lack Of Jurisdiction" and an 2) "Answer" to the complaint in the Berg, Liberi, Ostella, et al - Civil Action No. 09-1898.
Dr. Taitz also forwarded a copy of the legal filing she filed at the court house to Berg the attorney for the plaintiffs handling this case which is exactly proper to do.
Perhaps you think Dr. Taitz filed an answer with Berg only to this Civil Case? Sorry, you are wrong since a person can only file a legal "Motion To Dismiss Due To Lack Of Jurisdiction" in the courthouse & it has to be time stamped and entered into the court history.
I know this because I have filed "motions" myself when I was handling some real estate transactions for myself. My sister is a lawyer in Washington D.C. & she knows about law.

No doubt. With Orly it is always someone else at fault and everyone is out to get her. I believe they call that paranoia. I just read her blog and she claims she said she filed through a process server that doesn't show up in any list of process servers. The judge in this court states specifically that all filings shall done electronically. Maybe Orly was thinking that Berg would file for her?
The process server was probably a shadow company that Obama set up to trick her into failing to file correctly.

It appears that she sent her response to someone in Holland, Pa and that it went to a residence. They did not deliver it to the Court until this morning. As of 30 minutes ago it still does not appear on the Court Docket, but the Court has accepted and signed the Default Judgment against her, Defend Our Freedoms Foundation and The Sankey Firm.
The laws and rules of the Court state that they must either file electronically, or Fed-Ex it straight to the Court.
It appears that fro all of Taitz's claims to be an Attorney, she knows nothing of how to file anything or how to properly answer any Law Suit!

Yep, Orly missed the deadline and she provided the proof right on her blog. I am sure she forgot that Monday was a holiday and assumed that FedEx would deliver Monday. She could have paid for Saturday delivery of course or she could have saved a bunch of money and emailed the entire thing to the process server and let him burn a CD for filing as the court allows. Then she could have actually filed on time.
Now it is clear why Berg filed for default judgment against Orly. Will he succeed. Who knows? I doubt the court would do that given that the case is incredibly weak and all the parties involved are idiots. The court may cut Orly some slack and accept her late, improperly constructed filings. It is up to the judge.
The bottom line is that anyone who thinks that Orly is going to unseat Obama has to be smoking some powerful weed. It is most telling that Yosef Taitz hired his own lawyer and the case against him has been withdrawn. If Orly is such a great lawyer why didn't Yosef let her handle his filing? It appears that Yosef may be the smartest one of the bunch. Then again, he did marry Orly.

Orly’s responses in the Berg lawsuit finally showed up on PACER this morning - three days overdue. She gave the excuse that FedEx didn’t deliver on Monday because it was a holiday. She also managed to misspell Judge Eduardo Robreno’s name incorrectly twice and in different ways. She is a disgrace to all the mail order lawyers in the world!
