Iran tests missile that could hit Israel, Europe

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Iran test-fired a new advanced missile Wednesday with a range of about 1,200 miles, far enough to strike Israel and southeastern Europe, the Washington Post is reporting today.

Lockheed Martin Consents To Pay Fine For Export Violation Charges

Lockheed Martin Corp. has consented to pay a US$13 million fine for charges that it illegally helped the Chinese government correct critical defects in a rocket motor used in an upper stage for the Long March 2E launch vehicle. Lockheed Martin was not required to admit guilt to settle the case. The government could have imposed a maximum fine of US$15 million, and a ban on exporting satellites or satellite technology for up to three years, if the government had prevailed on all 30 counts of the charges in a proceeding before an administrative law judge.

The U.S. State Department had charged that Lockheed Martin engineers (formerly General Electric AstroSpace, and later Martin Marietta AstroSpace), in August 1994, conducted a detailed study of a Chinese rocket motor, and after completing a 50-page report, sent copies of the uncensored report to Asia Satellite, Hong Kong, even though the Pentagon cleared only five of the pages for export. The State Department alleged Lockheed Martin did not disclose the violation, as required by federal contracting rules, until it was caught by the U.S. Customs Service. The charges said that in 1992, the company was given permission to provide technical data and drawings to the Chinese government-owned rocket company concerning the use of the Long March 2E to launch satellites for Asia Satellite. However, the State Department charged that the 1992 contract did not call for the sort of technical evaluation conducted by Lockheed Martin in 1994.

Lockheed partnered with Savi Technology to deliver it.

Savi Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, and Hutchinson Port Holdings, a subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa Limited of Hong Kong, controlled by Chinese billionaire Li Ka Shing. Savi Technology owns 51 percent of Savi Networks and Hutchinson 49 percent.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a Washington-based foundation, charged that Hutchinson is "a front for the Chinese government," citing a Central Intelligence Agency analysis from 1998 concluding that Li Ka Shing "is directly connected to Beijing and is willing to use his business influence to further the aims of the Chinese government."

Last month Defense issued its annual report on Chinese military capabilities to Congress, which included sections on increased use of information warfare. Philip Coyle, senior adviser for the Center for Defense Information, a Washington-based think tank focused on defense and security issues, said that if the Pentagon is "going to keep making China out to be an enemy, DoD should have security concerns about a Chinese-owned company running a U.S. Army information network."

How many have heard of Nadhmi Auchi? Why are we not hearing more about him?

Nadhmi Auchi was born in 1937. He is an Iraqi born British-resident and Britain's 22nd wealthiest individual.

Nadhmi Auchi co-conspired with fellow Baathist Saddam Hussein in 1959 to assassinate then Prime Minister Abd al-Karim Qasim. Rezko and Obama are both financially connected to him.

MSNBC reports that Nadhmi Auchi had helped Orascom (which owns Djezzy GSM), owned by Onsi Sawiris, gain a contract to set-up mobile phone networks in post-Saddam's Iraq.

As per Orascom's annual report, page 65, Huawei Technologies is listed as a subsidiary of Orascom.

NATO code-named Huawei network's “Tiger Song”.  Tiger Song alone was a violation of the 1992 Iran-Iraq Nonproliferation Act by China owned Huawei.

The China owned Huawei network was used to shoot down allied aircraft flying patrol over the Iraqi skies.

The network was installed in violation of an U.N. embargo. Worse still, the air defense network was paid for by the corrupt oil-for-food program which sent cash to Huawei that was intended to feed starving Iraqi children.

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) ruled China's Huawei Technologies as a threat to National Security.

So why would Barack Hussein Obama know anything about a "Tiger Song"?

There is a little bit of a ‘plant site’ up now called worldnexus.info. But, back in the day, the actually website, rather a whole web community, was world-nexus.com. World-nexus.com even use to point to worldnexus.info (share an address).

The main site is down now, still in net archives; but it wasn’t just a site, it was a portal to an underground tunnel (in not tech speak) of an entire extranet community. This was the pit for the net denizens, hackers, the people that really owned net traffick. From this portal/main splash, you could find your way through to anything from free source codes for site building to hard core porn, called porn-nexus. Everything was out in the open. You could pick up tools to spy on your kids computer activities, you could spy on other countries.

Orascom funded them. They called it funding for ‘English Language Net tools’ or something. It was for building English Language spy sites, like WebOffice and Electionmall, just as an example. They are the ones that made all the pretty little gadgets and gizmos that go on websites in point and click fashion that inserted Browser Cams and backdoors into websites.

Huawei, which has been named a security threat by CFIUS, NATO, Rand, et al, stole the line access codes and copied their own brand of nice, cheap CISCO routers.

They have been releasd globally. They are called CISCO Nexus or 3Com-Huawei-H3C Nexus
