"We have our constitutional rights to form citizens militia and recent congressional decisions have given us the right to form a civilian army. We have the right to bear arms. Legally we are fine, but what we need is funding: to buy arms, ammo, uniforms, communications. It costs money to build a civilian army. Who can be the partners of the patriots of this country and who can help with funding?"
I assume she's not talking about uniforms and weapons for historical reenactment.

Weather or not Orly said or agrees with any of the Revolutionary statements the fact still remains that as Thomas Jefferson said, "The tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the 'Blood of Patriots and Tyrants'!" Make No Mistake About the fact if it weren't for the brave Patriots that fought King Gorgs' [George's Men] we wouldn't have half the Freedoms we have. At the time of Obama's birth his father was a British citizen just as Chester Arthur's father was an Irish citizen at the time of his birth, so we have the stamp of historical precedence backing Obama's legitimacy.
In addition, Obama's mother was a US citizen and Obama was born in Hawaii making him a citizen at birth. If Obama was also eligible for British citizenship or Kenyan citizenship, both would be a matter of rules governing citizenship in those countries, not the US. Who's rules do you want to live by, ours or Kenya's?
Our Revolution was a war for independence from a Colonial power. We fought for the right to govern ourselves. We do now govern ourselves and choose our leaders through elections whether you like the result of the last election or not. You do not have the Constitutional right to force your will through the call to revolution on the majority of voters who put Obama in the oval office knowing full well that his father was a Kenyan.
If you love freedom and the Constitution then you must respect the freedom of others and use Constitutional means to put forward the change you wish to see. Freedom and force are not synonymous. To call for revolution, not against a colonial master, but against your fellow citizens who disagree with you is to force your will through violence - the antithesis of freedom. I represent a group of patriotic, concerned citizens who have watched in disgust as Dr. Orly Taitz has pranced around the country stalking Supreme Court Justices, appearing before fake grand juries, requesting donations, and accusing our rightfully elected President and many other elected officials of fraud and treason without one shred of proof. We would like to know just what qualifies Dr. Taitz to be demanding that President Obama release an unprecedented number of his documents. We prepared our own list of documents that we think she should, in all fairness, be willing to release.
I have emailed this request to Dr. Taitz but to date she has failed to even acknowledge my emails. Therefore, it has become necessary to make this list of documents public and request that other concerned citizens email Dr. Taitz at dr_taitz@yahoo.com and ask her why she is not willing to demonstrate the same amount of transparency that she demands of the President.

So why is Bobby Jindal still considered as a potential front runner for the 2012 Republican nomination?
I posed that question at another blog the other day. My opinion was that if you can't get to BHO directly, then you might consider getting to him indirectly...through Bobby Jindal.
Now this would have to be considered a slam dunk. Neither of Bobby Jindal's parents were U.S. citizens at the time of his birth. They were both subjects of India. Ergo, so is/was "Not Natural Born" U.S. citizen Bobby Jindal. (If someone can tell me what exactly makes Bobby Jindal a natural born citizen, I would truly appreciate it.)
Add fuel to the fire. Toss Bobby Jindal into it! It may sound bad, but this is about principles and not partisanship, right!? (My apologies to Bobby. But you gotta go too....)

I think, you will find, that not all of the 'birthers' agree with each other.
As per current law, Jindal is qualified for being President for being born here.
Congress does have an obligation to clarify a definition of natural born citizen though.
Remember, I showed you some of my logic in my opinion of BHO. I maintain that Dunham left for Africa in that photo I posted on the other thread. So my logic never said BHO wasn't qualified if he was born in HI.

The only thing that is agreed upon is that BHO must be removed from office. After that, everyone is busy cancelling out everyone else's argument. I see that.
The Jindal angle is just another option for consideration (for the "birthers" who believe in the two parent requirement). Expanding the argument to include someone other than BHO could have a positive impact.

Unfortunately even if the photos were taken in 1961, as you claim, all they prove is that Obama's mother was at the airport in Hawaii with her husband and a little boy who looks just like Barry as a child.

In order to maintain that position, you must also maintain a few other (unsubstantiated) positions in order to sustain your base premise.
Since that are no official records of Dunham leaving (or even applying to leave) the country in 1960, then it must be concluded that she left the country without official approval. She had to sneak out of the country. What makes that amazing is that the evidence provided (airport photograph) would clearly indicate that she snuck out of the country through a gateway facility! Not a secret location. A gateway facility! Where 'entry and exit' is documented and recorded for later reference. Gateway facility. Honolulu airport is such a facility.

If you have not heard this interview with Orly and Andrew Walden of the Hawaii Free Reporter on the Ben Barrack radio program on June 21 it is a must listen. Walden is not a fan of the President but thinks the Birthers are conspiracy nuts.
Orly comes completely unglued in the last few minutes of the interview and shows her true nature - a complete babbling idiot.

What strikes me is that there has been no realization on the part of Orly and her followers that their efforts are, in actuality, self defeating. Time (and energy) that could have been well spent laying a foundation for conservative candidates and positions for the upcoming 2010 elections has been utterly wasted. They seem to have no idea that this plays into the hands of those that they would rather not see in the position of political power.
"What's your position on the national debt?" (They can't say because they're too busy fighting a losing battle.)
"What does your candidate of choice stand for?" (They can't say because they're too busy fighting a losing battle.)
If they are true patriots (as they wish to claim), then they would seek to bring some positive attention to who and what they stand for. They would. If they are true patriots.
