Cook’s public statements and those of his attorney have put the life of that soldier in direct and irrefutable jeopardy. In addition, Maj. Cook has provided extensive recruiting material for terrorist groups around the world, thereby aiding enemy efforts to oppose ongoing combat operations.""Given the known sequence of events, it is my opinion that Maj. Cook is guilty of violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice by the following actions:
Making a false statement – Major Cook requested orders that he never intended to follow thereby rendering his request completely disingenuous. Major Cook orchestrated a ruse that was designed solely to put the question of commander-in-chief’s birth before a federal court judge.
“(he) would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command. ... simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties.”

Major Cook and his attorney are both courageous heroes. Since when is asking for and seeking the truth wrong? The disgraceful part is that we even HAVE to go to this length to find the truth!! Where are the FBI and the CIA? Don't we have any law enforcement officers with a backbone? Is the MSM cowering in a corner for fear they'll lose their million dollar incomes if they finally dare to speak out? What about these judges who won't hear a case for lack of standing? Obama's CoLB (actual, not digital image) was examined by World Net Daily's experts early on, and they determined it was authentic.
Pictures from Obama's high school yearbook of Obama have been published on the web. That's documentary evidence - not what you're looking for, but it is evidence. There is even a film clip of Obama playing basketball for his high school on the web - again that is documentary evidence. We do know that Obama graduated from Harvard with honors because that information is not protected.

I could say the same for Bush and Laura--Try to find any security clearance or background checks on Bush or his wife.
Reporters/investigators were not allowed to speak out against the run-up to the illegal war in Iraq.
Please prove or give a verifiable link that there has been no security checks, background checks or anything in the Constitution that says he does not meet the citizenship requirements.

It doesn't matter how many prosecutors or judges question Obama's eligibility because a little Constitutional thingie about separation of powers exists.
If you want Obama out of office then you have to get the House to investigate and impeach him, and the Senate to convict. Until that is done, Obama IS the Constitutionally elected President of the United States.

Your statement shown above has no foundation. I have seen and heard many generals as well as enlisted soldiers testify before congressional investigating committees. They give dishonest answers when they are asked about suicides in the Army. They will lie or sometime "play dumb." as to the reasons for the suicides. C-Span records each and every minute of their programming and it is archived. There are DVD of many if not all congressional investigation. One general told congress that he resigned from the military because he was tired of being lid to. I could type several pages more of information like this. Obama uses some methods of mind control and he does it quite well, however I hap[pen to be a very perceptive individual as I have been all of my life. I recognize the pattern of his speeches to the American people and there is no question that he uses mind control techniques. The persons that are not perceptive of this is not my problem.

Of course it's clear, Bozo. They LOVE it here and wouldn't leave if we demanded they do. Not because their people died "building" this country but because they have it pretty darn good here, despite their constant cries of "poor little ole picked on me". Many of them, like the Fake Rev. Al Sharpton, Jeremiah Wright and Jess Jackson have exploited their fellow negroes plight and even instilled hatred instead of helping them. Not to mention the lucrative business they have established for themselves with their sick exploitation and manipulation. They are parasites. They make Alan Keyes, Dr. James Manning and Bill Cosby look like the Saints they are: truth seekers, thinkers, decent, honorable men. After listening to Jermiah Wright rant and rave, I can see now why there is a negro "problem". They have been actually been taught to have a problem by leaders like that with sick propaganda.
